Wild Swimmer Mosaic

Small Hanging Ceramic Wild Swimmers Mosaic Portrait. I have cut out the central piece in clay and modelled and painted the lady swimmer with underglaze .I have also painted some sheets of clay with underglaze colour to use for the mosaic .Next these are glaze fired to a high temperature.Once fired I have glued the portrait to the base and added the mosaic border.I have used some of my own broken ceramics and found seaside pottery chards and shells from around the Anglesey coast.This is finally grouted and ready to hang in a picture grouping or special place in your house.
